Ugh tell me about it. Sometimes I seriously wonder why I even made an account in the first place if I'm just gonna get negative feedback constantly. But then are the times that I'm able to find voice actors/actresses, animators, writers, artists, engineers, producers, etc who are willing to help me with my projects, and then I remember why this site is pretty great. On that note I can be one of those people if you are in need of any help with anything, even if you just wanna chat on PM or something about stuff I'm down ^^ I hope the pros outweigh the cons on your list!
I'm a 46 year old who has been drawing off and on his whole life. Got much more heavily into art about 8 years ago, while suffering from severe depression/anxiety problems, as a way to keep my mind focused and on something positive.

Yah Saucy, there are a lot of good people here, too. I'm just a little surprised, because I belong to like four other sites, and I don't have the same problems there. I guess I just won't post anything unless it's really good =)

Hey, screw them. I have been on this site through different accounts for years now. There will always be pros and cons to the idea of have the users decide whether something should stay or go. In my opinion, you are good at what you do! You may not be the best filmmaker on here, but just remember that the people like Stamper, JohnnyUtah, Jazza, etc. were beginners at one point too. Don't give up! But I wish you luck in whatever you decide to do! -SR

Thanks, I really appreciate it. Yah, not only am I a beginner, but sometimes I do something for fun, and I'm not trying to be all great, like my stickman stuff. I don't need people saying lame things like "those don't even look like lightsabers" or other stupid things. I'll try and stick it out. Just seems like there's a higher ratio of the haters on here so far, than on deviantart and some of the other sites I belong to.
Oh, and P.S. Good ol' Jazza. I haven't heard of the others you mentioned, so I'll check them out. I'm a really big fan of Jazza's work
